A guide to mental health and well-being
A guide to mental health and well-being opens up an important topic for the fitness sector, namely how physical activity can be more than just a workout, but a space for support, confidence, connection, and better daily balance.
Intended for fitness centers, trainers, instructors and anyone working in the field of physical activity, the guide offers practical guidance for creating environments in which every participant feels safe, accepted and motivated.
Through #BEACTIVE DAY 2026, the message is clear: well-being starts with movement, but continues with understanding, support and inclusion.
